"Unleash" Youth Day

"Unleash" is the premier youth event in Dalby and is supported by the MYCNC and local business.

The program includes music, dance, motorcross, and great entertainment for young people provided in a secure, alcohol and drug free environment.

This year, The Unleash 2010 Festival, a 2 day event held as part of Youth Week in Dalby,  is taking on a slightly different slant – gates will open at 3pm and from that time until 5pm local bands will be entertaining the crowds and the food vans will be in place. 

The main event which is the JC Epidemic performance running from 5pm until 8pm. 

At completion of this part of the event and going until late, the visiting bands, together with the winning bands from the ‘Bring on the Noise’ competition will entertain.

There will be a number of community service providers with stalls selling refreshments ; 

• Lyons will be providing a  Barbeque;
• Col Watters will be producing donuts, tea and coffee;
• Owen Davis will be there with ice cream;
•  the Dalby Scouts and Guides will be selling drinks and crisps;
•  and the Eagle Boys will be supplying pizzas
•  Balloons By the Myall will be on hand with balloons,
• Our Lady of the Southern Cross will have glo-stix available and the Dalby High School will be face painting.

 The second day is a Skate Park Jam from noon until 4pm at the Skate Park on Sunday the 18th.  Once again, local bands will be playing,   a sausage sizzle and cold drinks will be available.
